SETRACK · TESTFLIGHT BETA

Setrack support

Help with your training in Setrack.

Updated: 27 September 2026 · TestFlight beta

What do I need?

An iPhone running iOS 18 or later. The optional Apple Watch requires watchOS 11 or later. Setrack is available in German, English and Spanish and requires no app account. Pro is automatically enabled in the TestFlight beta without a subscription or separate trial period.

How do I get started?

Choose your language at first launch. Create a plan or adopt a template, save it, open the workout and start the first set. Finish the workout and check your history. A public TestFlight invitation link is not yet offered here.

How do I report a problem?

Email jakobthom@ixpertise.studio or use feedback in TestFlight. Include your device, iOS/watchOS version, Setrack version and build, reproduction steps, expected result and actual behavior. For Watch issues, mention connection, Crown, haptics and whether the iPhone was locked. Redact screenshots; health data and complete workout backups are not needed for an initial report. The app’s share sheet sends through the service and to the recipient you select.

Do I need Health, Calendar and location?

All three permissions are optional. Health supports the iPhone overview and optional Watch workout recording. Calendar links planned workouts to events; location supports outdoor distance and pace. Manage permissions in system settings. Watch controls also work without Health recording.

Why is Intelligent Autoplay unavailable?

Standard and Intelligent Autoplay are mutually exclusive. The intelligent mode first needs enough matching sets recorded manually with standard Autoplay switched off.

What about connection or saving problems?

Check that iPhone and Watch are paired and connected and the current beta is installed. Note the steps, check workout history after finishing, then check saved values after restarting the app. Avoid immediately deleting or reinstalling the app when investigating saving problems: local training data may be lost. If needed, export a backup and store it privately.

How do I delete or back up data?

Delete plans and completed workouts in their respective views. In Settings → Usage diagnostics, disable or delete local diagnostics. Export backups through the backup feature. Manage shared files, calendar copies and Health entries separately. Setrack does not offer its own cloud synchronization.
